Hiking Yoga is led by Natalie Cummings, she will keep you moving while you explore trails, hills, and distance for a great class that will stretch, strengthen and re-focus you on the trails. You will set a brisk pace towards beautiful park vistas with yoga intervals suitable for all levels. Spend time with friends and family in a healthy way while connecting in your community!
