Following on from Swansea #Parkrun, #Parklives Saturday morning Beach Yoga is a great way to warm down from your run. This session is open to all, even if you haven't attended #Parkrun beforehand.
This is an accessible, gentle hatha yoga class, with asana (postures) and flows tailored to stretch and release achy post run muscles.
Free to attend, booking not necessary. We have a few mats which we can lend out, or please bring a towel/blanket to practice on.
