�How to handle,store and color fondant.
� How to roll out fondant and cover cake (dummy) and board
�Fondant Decorating techniques
�Gum paste bows
Tools you will need to bring:
�Cake turntable � Fondant smoothers (2) � Pizza cutter �Fondant rolling pins ( large one & shorter one), wood or non stick. � small cutting board ( plastic).
● Other tools will be availabe to use during class. Class duration 2 pm-5:00 pm, Light refreshment will be served.
