Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is the threshold state of consciousness between waking and sleep in which you become more receptive. You will be systematically guided through parts of the body, allowing for the mind and muscles to completely relax.

The gateways of your conscious and unconscious realities open up and invite you to connect with the depth of your entire being.
Moving through the body from the physical, you will be guided to become open to receive and witness what presents itself in this state of deep relaxation. Limited beliefs will lose their charge, the autopilot of a pre-programmed mind will be switched off, whilst present moment awareness increases. In this state, we will plant the seed of our hearts desire... our sankalpa.

Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, yoga nidra is beneficial to all. It is said that 1 hour of the practice is the equivalent of 4 hours sleep.

Come plant the seed of your hearts desire in this unique and ancient practice with Zarah (ZOGAflow)
