Ladies night out is for women of ALL ages and fitness levels. Everything that we have planned for the evening will be modified to fit each individual’s needs. Class will start with a good group stretch and warmup. Then we will complete a 15 minute workout. This workout will be very beginner friendly!!! We will end with a cool down stretch and then it’s time for some fun and socializing. Bring a drink, bring a snack, and bring a friend…or 2!!!!
