6 Movements Women Only Workout Party
This free event is open to any female over 18 yo. Refreshments, laughter, fun, and metabolism revving strength training will be provided. In return, you agree to allow us to capture this activity for use in video promotion of our new Women's Strength program.
Multiple mini-workouts between 5pm and 7 pm. Feel free to arrive any time after 5 pm and join the workout or just hang out and be part of supporting women's strength training.
The workouts will be suitable for any fitness or experience level with instruction provided as needed using kettlebells, sandbags, TRX and bodyweight exercises.
