Wellness of West Atlanta (W.O.W) is a 2-week event designed to promote health and fitness to the communities of the Westside of Atlanta. Throughout the week we will have volunteer guest instructors from fitness centers and studios all over the city come out and share their passion for health and fitness with you, for FREE!

Every day we will offer two, 1-hour classes ranging from Yoga to intense Total Body Boot Camp. We will also have healthy snacks available after each class so you can get fueled up right after your workout. Come sweat, and sculpt with us and jumpstart your journey to a healthier you.





About the Classes:

Total Body Boot Camp: This boot camp is a total body workout, allowing you to get maximum benefit in a short period of time, by combining interval work with strength training and conditioning work

Yoga: Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India

Step Aerobics: Step Aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a platform. This class combines step with body sculpting, jump roping and funk aerobics.

Total Strength: Total Strength is a class designed to help build muscle through body weight and weight based movements. You will leave this class with increased strength to power through your daily activities.

Cardio Pump: Cardio Pump is a combination class including cardio moves to increase your heart rate and body weight or weighted moves to work your muscle groups.

Zumba: Zumba fitness class designed to get you moving incorporating dance, cardio and stretching, while having a great time!

Partner UP: Partner UP is partner workout that encourages participants to cheer each other on as they move through circuit training intervals.

D.A.S.H: D.A.S.H. With Ash is a full body workout that incorporates a variety of training methods to help participants achieve optimal results. The class format includes partner exercises, circuit training, and HIIT (with and without equipment). Ashley ensures all participants are equipped with the tools to develop and sustain healthy lifestyles for the long-haul.

Fetness: The marriage of Fte and Fitness. Combining dance moves from the Caribbean fete such as jumping, waving and wining with traditional resistance exercises such as squats and lunges.

Pound: Sweat, Sculpt. Rock Pound is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and swat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
