How about Health Benefits of Tea. There are many health benefits of tea. The different types of teas are all derived from the Camellia sinensis plant, a shrub native to China and India. This class will mention the health benefits of all tea, then go into the specific health benefits of each type of tea (white, green, oolong, black, and pu-erh). Briefly will be discussed the health benefits of herbal tisanes like rooibos and yerba mate. $30 if pre-register and $35 day of the event.
