A. Baker’s Head Chef has created a 5 course degustation menu matched to five alternative wine varietals:
Tallagandra Hill – Vermentino
Vintner’s Daughter – Gewurztraminer
Dionysus – Gamay
Sholto – Barbera
Mount Majura - Monteuse
Each winemaker will be on hand to talk to you about these amazing wines and share their knowledge and stories with you on all things alternative!
