Hi Kodiak! My name is Deidre Wilson and I am so excited to be bringing P90X Live to A Balanced Approach on Wednesday's at 10:00am this April.

Get ready for a 55 minute total body workout complete with options to take it up a notch or take it a bit slower if you need it. The workout consists of a 3.5 minute warm-up, 11 minutes of cardio, 12.5 minutes of lower body work, 11.5 minutes of upper body work, 12.5 minutes of core work and ending with a 3 minute cool-down. I will provide modifications for all moves.

Your 1st class is FREE and A Balanced Approach even offers childcare for $5/class or $20/month. Seriously - ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME! So bring a friend and let's BRING IT!
