Learn and later enjoy a 3 course Tuscan meal starting with Bruschetta, Fresh Pasta and Dessert.

Entree is a variety of Bruschette Misti (Italian crusted bread with a variety of toppings - tomato and basil, eggplant and pesto and mushrooms and pancetta). Main is fresh Tagliatelli Pasta con Sugo di Carne (Tagliatelli pasta with Ragout) and finish with Crostata di Ricotta e Pinoli (Ricotta and Pine nuts tart).

Make a pesto, grill the vegetables, do a pasta dough, roll your pasta, master a ragout, learn a sweet crust pastry and make the ricotta filling. A great way to experience this favourite part of Italy if not the world. Dine in afterwards to enjoy all this on our deck with your group.
