Laugh for your health, have fun, and connect with friends (old & new) as we celebrate World Laughter Day. Meet at A Mindful Place (rain or shine), Sunday May 6th, as we laugh with the world to promote wolrd peace, acceptance, understanding, compassion, unity and friendship. Started in 1998, WLD encourages Laughter Yoga clubs, and leaders, to organize events to share Laughter Yoga with communities to spread peace and unity through laughter. Never done Laugther Yoga, no problem. Come with an open mind and heart, we'll teach you the rest. A sense of humor is not required to gain all the benefits from Laughter Yoga. This is not a traditional yoga class, no mats needed. You'll breathe, bend, stretch, and laugh. You can even do Laughter Yoga sitting, so lawn chairs are welcome. Bring family and friends to join the Laughter Yoga experience. This is a free, children friendly event. We ask that all children be accompanied by an adult.
