Dancing mindfulness is an experience designed for you to let go of fear and inhibitions in order to freely move while connecting with yourself and others. Connect with your inner dancer with this nonjudgmental, free flowing, fun, meditative class. No prior experience needed, come as you are! Mindfulness is the practice of being in the moment without judgment, simply noticing what comes up. Dancing mindfulness uses movement to explore what is means to fully live in the present, connecting with your breath and heartbeats by discovering the benefits of even the most simple movements. Perhaps your may be able to find yourself by losing yourself at the same time! Class is $5 cash.
