In this hour & a half practice, we will flow through strengthening and stretching asanas to begin to build stability and lay the foundations for moving into more advanced yoga balance postures.
We will explore lead up practices for Sirsasana/Headstand, Bakasana/Crow and Astavakrasana/Eight Angle Pose as well as working into the full pose if you feel comfortable to try. Support and guidance from a qualified and experienced yoga teacher provided.

Emma Makepeace is an ex-gymnast and has been practising yoga since her teens. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Neyyar Dam, India, in 2014 and regularly holds yoga workshops ranging from Restorative Yoga, New Moon & Full Moon Yoga Practices, General Hatha Yoga, Women's Circles, and other speciality Yoga workshops to share the many aspects of yoga with her students.
