William is a gifted teacher of classical Hatha Yoga with more than 20 years experience of practicing and teaching yoga around the world. He studied yoga in India with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres and attained the title of Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga).
The yoga that he teaches is a synthesis of all the formal philosophies of yoga and also integrates the important techniques and practices that he has learned from the teachers that he has been graced to study and practice with from both traditional and contemporary schools including, Sivananda, Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Warrior Yoga.
Yoga is a fundamental part of his personal daily integral life practice and he is passionate about sharing his insights on yoga with others to provide a positive impact on the world and change lives for the better.
Nitya is also of Sivananda lineage who encourage individual's to connect with the deepest parts of themselves and supported by the yoga teachings, to live and BE who they really are from this connected space. Nitya has been meditating since 1986.
Nitya is Creator and founder of the Aberdeen Wellbeing Centre, and draws on much of her Yogic Teachings to guide the Centre, practitioners and clients positively forward.
William and Nitya's main goal is that participants will leave with greater understanding, insight and comprehension of the real value's and principles inside YOGA giving them practical guidance and knowledge they can use on their journey to Self-Realisation and reaching their Potential
