A fun, informal and lively class which provides an opportunity for you to regain core strength and flexibility whilst also bonding with your baby in an enjoyable way.
Great for babies development, spatial awareness and cognitive skills. Above all have fun and connect with other mums.
Classes run on Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 11am. You can join at any time but the classes often book out so it is recommended to book in advance.

'James and I started attending baby massage and baby yoga with Suzanne when James was 10 weeks old. We are both thoroughly enjoying the classes which are proving to have many benefits.
Both classes introduce mums with lots of ways to connect with and interact with their babies – which is great at home when you are running out of ideas of what to do with them! Suzanne is a great teacher and creates the perfect atmosphere in the class so that both babies and mums are happy and relaxed.
After class – whether it’s massage or yoga – I find that James sleeps much better than other days, going down for a long nap and sleeping better that night. Suzanne also facilitates a social side to the classes and so they are a great way to meet other mums who have babies around the same age, sharing our experiences – both the good and more difficult times!
