Ate too much at Easter? Have a little food baby you want to burn off? Come and sweat it out; yoga boot camp style!

Come and change up your fitness game and strengthen your yoga foundations by incorporating strength training and High Intensity Interval Training in your practice.

Much like our unique YogaFit class, This pop up event will consist of yoga with weights with a strong focus on strengthening and toning your butt and thighs.

This 60 minute class will leave you feeling connected to your body, energized and fresh, and ready to take on summer!
