Meditation is a means of training the mind to find stillness and calm. When the mind settles down the body follows, gaining deep rest and dissolving stress and fatigue.
This workshop will outline the real, tangible benefits of meditation and insights from modern neuroscience. Various techniques will be explored, helping you to find a means of meditating to suit your needs and lifestyle.
Three 45 minute sessions will be offered following on from the workshop. These will reinforce the key principles of meditation and how to apply them in a home practice and in your daily life.
