During a 2 hours course, you'll learn how to set, clean and maintain your airbrusher and spraying gun.

You'll learn basic techniques of mixing the edible airbrushing colours, for different effects, spraying from distance and from an angle also how to control pressure, splattering effects, colouring in solid or gradient colour, about the use of stencils and airbrush with cocoa butter.

You'll practise all the methods learned in the class on a 2 tier fondant cake ( 4" and 6" stacked dummy cakes) using the templates/ stencils and design provided.
