This is 1 session per week for 10 weeks. During the 10 weeks we will not be focussing on what the scale has to say but rather we will concentrate on your body composition and how much fat you can shed. An initial body fat percentage will be calculated in your first session and from that all your personalised nutritional requirements will also be calculated for you. A specific plan will then be devised according to your requirements and your body based on a number of factors. All you have to do is stick to the plan and FAT LOSS will follow!
