Our Sunday Morning Yoga class is a fun way to learn how to properly do yoga. Our NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified trainers teach our yoga classes from a trainer's perspective. You will have the opportunity to not only learn how to do the poses correctly but also learn about what the poses are supposed to achieve muscularly. This class allows for talking and interaction with each other, providing a community atmosphere—rather than a meditation-based approach—which can be unusual for a yoga class.
