Building on the success of our health coaching workshop in March we are offering you another opportunity to help you focus on your health and fitness goals.

Leading the workshop is Rhiannon Oakley, qualified Personal Performance Health Coach and Philippa Oakley DC Mchiro Principle Chiropractor and Owner of Acorn Health who will help you plan your next steps to a healthier lifestyle.

Health coaching is an effective, interactive process that is proven to increase the likelihood of you achieving your healthcare goals. Working with a coach, you’ll identify clear steps you can take that will lead you towards success. A coach provides motivation, accountability and (if required) guidance to encourage you on your path to true health.

Whether you are looking to make changes to your diet, nutrition, exercise regime or you want to stop smoking - coaching will help you take control of your lifestyle and move forward in the right direction in your way.

<You will come away with a clear action for you to take in the next few days.
<You will feel ready to take the next step and have other ideas on how to move forward.
<You will come out of the session feeling focused and energised to get going and that feeling of overwhelming will be gone!

Places for the workshop are only £25 pp and are strictly limited to 4 people per workshop so you have plenty of time to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of coaching, motivations and other health care options.
