Amanda from Ananda Yoga Hub is running an 8 week program which is perfect for primary school aged children.
These playful classes weave together yoga poses, simple breathing practices and relaxation techniques through music, stories, creative arts, yoga games, visualisations and relaxations, to work therapeutically with growing bodies and minds.
Introducing your children to yoga at an early age can help them learn healthy lifestyle habits and set the foundation for a fit future. It can also help children learn relaxation techniques that will help them deal with the stresses of life.

Investment: $120 per term (Early Bird discount of 10% applies to bookings paid 14 days prior to term commencement)
Class runs for 45 mins from 4pm - 4:45pm every Monday for 8 weeks commencing on 23rd April to 18th June. (not including Queens Birthday long weekend 11 June)
Registration and payment is required prior to term commencement, as this is our first yoga program in the area we would need at least 10 children to run the classes.
