Adas Yoshuron Synagogue will commemorate Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, on Sunday, April 8 at 7:00 p.m. This program is open to the community, and all are invited to join in remembrance of the millions of people who suffered and perished in the Holocaust.
Over 12 million people, of whom six million were Jewish men, women, and children, were killed during the Holocaust. The Adas Yoshuron community gathers each year to commemorate their lives and to honor their memory on Holocaust Remembrance Day.
The service will be conducted by members of Adas Yoshuron Synagogue, who will share readings and prayers. Selected musical pieces will be performed by the synagogue choir, directed by Avi Good. Following the program, all are invited to a potluck dessert reception.
