Come join us and learn what it's all about. No weights, no equipment, no fuss...just your body, a water bottle, and your trainer! This session at ADF will provide MVPA (moderate to vigorous physical activity) which research indicates is most beneficial to the human body and plasticity of the human brain to combat the aging process.
