Youth Acceleration and Speed Mini-Camp
Classes Tuesday, March 27th and Thursday, March 29th 6-7 pm
Baseball and softball athletes need to be able to accelerate as quickly as possible to get to the ball or the base. Soccer players want to increase their strength and power to lengthen those strides. The majority of field and court sports are functions of acceleration first, and speed second. Our spring break mini-camp will be specifically structured to teach athletes the mechanics and skills necessary to develop their potential running power through our challenging workouts.
60 minute sessions
Athletes 7-13 years old
$10 per session, or $20 for both
