INTRO to TRAIL RUNNING for total beginners.

Fancy a change from the gym? Feel like you need a bit of motivation to get your fitness up and running? Or your coming into running for the 1st time? then this workshop is for you.

trail-running is fun, So don’t miss out this summer in all the fun! Trail running is for everyone no matter your height or size, style or age it’s for everyone 😎
The session will be 2 hour long and we will be doing alot of drills and fun exercises that will help you run.

You will get an insight into what the sessions will be like and you will get to meet other people who are interesting in learning to run and more efficiently.

What involves:
Natural body movement drills.
Intro to trail running gear.
Staying positive.
Before & after warm ups/cool downs.
How to start running which is always fun.
How to pick your trails.
Safety about trail running.
Path finding & much more.

Each individual gets to see & try out the running drills by JuJu Jay.

This running workshop will boost your confidence for running.

Starts : Saturday 14th
Start time :11:55am
Duration : Approx 2hours
Location : St Kevens School carpark in Laragh. Glendalough. Co Wicklow.

Things you need : Road runners less you have trail runners & warm running gear
with waterproof jacket or sun block 😎

The group stays together & no one gets left behind.
