By the end of this class you should have a better understanding of how to incorporate Meditation into your life and feel confident enough to allow yourself to explore the inner workings of your body, mind & spirit.
At the end of this class the group will be led into a Guided Meditation, where you will be able to incorporate some of the skills you have learned.
