Join Matt for a fun filled night of healthy eating ~ we're serving up a 3 course Sunday Dinner!

Curious about mindful eating and plant based nutrition? Learn how incorporating a plant based diet can not only be fun and easy but super yummy!

Matt will lead a short presentation on mindful eating with a live food demo and then we feast! Recipes will be shared so you can make at home.

3 Course Sunday Dinner Menu includes:
Spinach Artichoke Dip (you won't believe it's dairy free)
Buddha Bowls (yes, finally figure out how to make them!)
Whipped Chocolate Chia Pudding (yum!!)
