Sustainability. Circular Economy. Innovation.

Sound interesting to you?

In short, this event will be:

• A gathering of leaders, innovators, and changemakers in sustainability.
• A panel discussion showcasing inspiring examples of circular economy.
• An introduction to the Nike Design With Grind Challenge.

Four leaders in Circular Economy & Design are coming together to have an open conversation about the future of the circular movement that is sweeping the globe. The panelists will share their stories, struggles, and aspirations for creating positive change in the world. We'll also embark on an exploration of a new circular initiative: Nike Grind—materials created from recycled athletic footwear and surplus manufacturing scraps.

To put it simply, the circular economy movement is a solution to move towards a more liveable future. One where climate change, plastic oceans, polluted living areas, and the like are a thing of the past.

Hosted by OpenIDEO Berlin Chapter, this exciting event will be held at Berlin's favourite circular economy space: The CRCLR House. Join us to learn about what's happening in the circular world, meet others interested in the space, and engage in solutions for the future.

This event is part one of a two-part event series. The follow up event 'Design With Grind Workshop' launches two days later, which is a workshop aimed at creating real solutions with circular economy practices using Nike Grind materials. Spaces are very limited, so apply early if you want to participate in the workshop for OpenIDEO's Design With Grind Challenge sponsored by Nike.

Please RSVP to join the event. The event will be run in English. Details regarding the panelists to be announced shortly.

This will certainly be a night of inspiration that you do not want to miss. Hope to see you all there and spread the word!
