Ever wanted to know how coordinating with your Engineers can be done easier and more accurately? Here is your chance to find out how! This course describes how engineers use REVIT and what techniques for REVIT use and communication can best facilitate smooth workflow between architects and engineers. After attending this presentation, participants will be able to explain advantages and disadvantages of using the Copy/Monitor utility when working with engineering consultants using linked REVIT and how they are affected by the organization of models. In addition, participants will be able to identify topics to discuss with engineering consultants at the start of a project and whenever models are exchanged in order to ensure smooth workflow. Finally, participants will be able to identify REVIT elements, tools consultants using linked Revit files.
