The true support of our posture is actually our legs and our core. Many of us think posture is about keeping your shoulders from rounding, but if you have no support and strength from your foundation it's futile. If you're rounding in your lower back it's pulls on your spine all the way to your neck forcing your shoulders and your neck/head forward.
In this workshop we will be learning why it is SO important for your overall health to have a good and strong posture.
We will practice the foundational actions in the legs (thigh bones back) and core, strengthening and lengthening the tight areas that prevent us from sitting or standing properly.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a journal to write down your practice.
