Danni McGhee is a plant-based chef & nutrition coach specializing in educating women looking to improve their health and wellness by educating them on the principles of plant-based nutrition while introducing fun and easy ways to incorporate healthier options into their already busy lifestyle. She shares how healthy food can still be tasty and delicious!
In July 2014, she decided to challenge herself to 21 days of a plant-based diet by eliminating meat, dairy, eggs and processed foods. After those 21 days, she not only lost weight, experienced improved digestion and glowing skin, but she also transformed mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Within the next few months, she eliminated her IBS, improved her knee joint pain, as well as regained mental focus, mind clarity and control over her bouts of depression.
After this experience, she birthed DAM Good Vegan to promote eating plant-based food as the best way to optimal health and wellness. She offers online courses that empower her students to navigate in a world that does not always make healthy, nutritious options convenient and accessible. In addition, she also provides a cooking, juice and meal prep classes, as well as other services like personalized strategy sessions and health workshops. Working with Danni will leave you equipped with all the knowledge and tools you need to kick start your health goals!
