Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health.
“Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.
Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.
Saturday & Sunday June 2nd & 3rd 2018
Sunday 9am-12pm & 5pm-8pm (all 3 sessions mandatory)

This workshop is organized by independent Isha Hatha Yoga teacher: Hera Baboudjian, a trained and certified by Isha Hatha Yoga School, in India.

Please note that this practice is not suitable for pregnant women, those who had open surgery in the past 6 months, those with active abdominal hernia and those who have a severe back condition.
