Dive deep as we explore ways to connect to, and nourish our souls.
We will move through a yin yoga practice and meditation designed to open our hearts and minds to the writing process. Journal prompts inspired by Brene Brown's book, 'The Gifts of Imperfection", help us access and own our self worth...inspiring us to navigate past judgement, doubt and fear and look deeper into the truth of who we are. We will close with an invitation to create personal mantras as tools for taking this self devotion practice off the mat and into our daily lives.
