Master Enrico Sgarbossa’s vision is of a very special series of nights that celebrates the unique occasion where top ends chefs in Sydney are using their expertise to create a pizza reflecting their passion for food.

On our 6th and last night, our special guest is Valeria Boselli who specializes in vegan and cruelty-free recipes & cooking. She has worked in many vegan and vegetarian restaurants over the years and she loves to share what she has learned.
