Join us on Monday April the 16th for this presentation course, baking without eggs, dairy or any other non plant-based ingredient.
This is a one evening course, which will equip you with confidence in your vegan baking skills, with baking demonstrations of Victoria Sponge, Chocolate base, Fruit based cakes, as well as basic frostings and an additional demonstration of Gluten-free cake base.
You will also be able to take all of the bakes home!
We will provide a big and proper take away box.
The evening will run from 7pm-10pm and will include:
- The demonstration of baking skills
- Printed recipe file with all recipes from the evening
- A delight time discovering flavors, tecniques and recipes
- Cake tasting (super important!)
The workshop will be given by the hands behind Rosa Negra Vegan Catering and "Tha Vegan Baker", which both work can be checked on instagram.
