A Meeting of Advocates and People Living with HIV/AIDS, HCV, formerly/experience homelessness, formerly incarcerated, and active/former Drug Users to discuss how to win policy changes that will directly impact our communities across the state of New York!

We are advocating in 2018 for:

PATHS, a Statewide Housing Program for HIV+ New Yorkers
Supporting Safer-Consumption Spaces Bill
Designated Funding for Harm Reduction Services derived from the Opioid Surcharge Tax.
