Yoga for Golfers (Men's Class) with Joonbug Yoga at Alderbrook Golf & Yacht Club
Improve your golf game by practicing yoga poses for conditioning, on-course stretchinga and post-round recovery! Yoga for Golfers is designed to improve overall balance, flexibility and strength.
Join men's class on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. and ladies class on Fridays at Noon starting May 1st, 2018. It is not required to be a golfer to attend the yoga classes. All are welcome and no experience is necessary!
Class is taught by Michelle Pugh, owner of Joonbug Yoga. A minimum donation of $5.00 is required to participate upon arrival. Please contact the golf club office for more information.
