This 30 minute seminar will break down the "why's" "what" and "whens" for proper nourishment before and after class. Whether it be to lose weight, build muscle, feel good, etc. Nutrition is a key player! Understanding when to eat, what to eat, and why we should eat will help us reach our goals that much quicker.

Taylor Alfano joined the A8 team this winter and has been a beautiful addition to our teams flow and dynamic. We soon found out that not only is she an amazing front desk team member, but also a registered dietitian nutritionist. We are all looking forward to seeing more of Taylor and sharing in on her knowledge with our Warrior community.
Taylor completed her dietetics degree at Central Michigan University in 2016. Since graduation she has been gaining experience in many realms of nutrition including diabetes, renal disease, cancer, sports nutrition, and weight management.
She is motivated to help individuals throughout the community reach any nutrition goals they may have varying from exacerbated clinical conditions to everyday wellness. In today's society it is hard to sort fact from fiction and she has made it her mission to help guide individuals towards a happier, healthier lifestyle by providing evidence based nutrition education.
