Please join us for the AMAM’s Spring Community Day! This event will focus on patterns and design created by color, texture, and materials. This exciting event is free and open to people of all ages from the college and community.
Express your creative side! Visitors of all ages can create patterns of their own using sequins, beads, shells, and many other materials with arts and crafts activities in the East Gallery.
There will also be interactive, docent-led tours on the Allen’s Yorùbá egúngún masquerade. While your projects dry, explore the patterns found in West African art that inspired this event!
