This class series is perfect for the beginning yoga student wishing to build on the foundations of yoga asana practice and philosophy that was established in Yoga 101 or other new yoga students who wish to extend their knowledge.
Offered as a 4 week series of classes and specifically designed for those who are new to the practices of yoga, new postures will be introduced each week, including posture alignment details, breath work and introduction of simple meditation practices. Each week will include a full 60 minute practice along with 15 minutes of discussion of new postures and techniques. All practices and postures will be appropriate for new and advancing beginners.
