Goecha La (el. 4940 mt or 16,207 ft) is a high mountain pass in Sikkim, India in the Himalaya range. It is one of the most famous & beautiful High Altitude treks of India. The route itself has it’s indomitable charm with flourishing verdant valleys, beautiful orchards, myriad and massive collection of flora and fauna, rich forests and charismatic ambience that never fails to allure the visitors with its magnetic beauty.
The biggest reason to do the Goechala trek is the grand views of big mountains that you see. If you are looking for adventure and beauty in equal proportions, the Goechala is the trek for you. You get to trek to the lap of the mighty Kanchenchunga. So close that trekkers often stretch their hands out as if in a daze to touch this grand mountains.

Tour exclusions :
We assume that you will carry your personal Rucksack/Backpack with all your personal belongings. If you want to offload your Rucksack and carried by our Porter then you need to pay additional amount for the entire duration of the trek. The Rucksack should not weigh more than 5 Kgs.
Still/Video Camera charges inside the Sanctuary.
Any tip/gratuity to the Guides/Porters. If you are happy with the service,kindly appreciate them.

Access : New Jalpaiguri (NJP) is well connected by train from New Delhi and Kolkata. Nearest airport, Bagdogra , 10 Km from Siliguri. Connecting flights to New Delhi and Kolkata available.
The trek base, Yuksom is 150 Km from NJP railway station.
