SGV Front Line is a program of NAMI San Gabriel Valley with the support of the American Legion Family, Pasadena, Post 13. We are volunteers who have veterans as family members or who are veterans ourselves.
The Mindful Warrior Project facilitates mindfulness practice groups for veterans and those who love them in various locations around Los Angeles.
Join us for an experiential mini-workshop with mindfulness exercises you can use at home, and learn more about Mindful Warrior Project and the work they do to support veterans and military families.
Presentation is followed by a casual dinner with deli sandwiches, Asian salad and brownies, and time to enjoy good company and meet new people.
