It's Pride Week! Join the QRC, Pride Alliance, Student Activities, MRC, WGC, OD&I, and the Office of the President as we put on a week full of programming celebrating queer and trans identities!
Monday 4/9: 12-2pm Kick-Off BBQueer
Help us kick-off Pride Week by celebrating with our annual BBQueer. We will have burgers, hot dogs, and vegetarian options!
Tuesday 4/10: Friday 4/13: Tabling and free shirts in Keefe 11am-1pm
Pick up your Pride Week shirts and other swag! Make sure to wear your shirts on Friday for a our photo booth!

Join the QRC and Peer Advocates of Sexual Respect for an interactive workshop about sexual respect in social media and queer dating apps.
Wed 4/11: Celebrating Queerness Abroad Photo Campaign, 11-1pm @ Keefe Atrium
Stop by during tabling for a chance to highlight your experience as a member of the LGBTQ+ studying abroad, whether itʼs in the past or future!
Thurs. 4/12: QTPOC KIKI & DISCUSSION @ QRC
Screening: 5:00pm | Discussion: 7:00pm
Screening of Sara Jordenö’s film KIKI (2016), a documentary film which follows seven QTPOC youth active in the Kiki community, as the navigate homelessness, illness and prejudice and stive towards political influence and living their truth. Features Chi Chi Mizrahi, who will be on campus on Saturday for Vouging 101 workshop! Post-film discussion space that centers QTPOC will be held.

for a picture with our fun props! Their purpose: to foster awareness, visibility, and give a chance for our community members to visibly signify that they are here to fight hetersexism and cissexism, and foster inclusion on our campus, and beyond.
Saturday 4/14: LGBTQ+ Connections Alumni Program, 12-4pm Greenway A Event Space
Join the QRC and APP as we create space to bring together LGBTQ+ students, staff, faculty, and alumni of different generations to share with one another our experiences navigating Amherst College, and the greater world.
Saturday 4/14: Vogueing Workshop, 7pm @ Powerhouse
Join Chi Chi Mizrahi, the protagonist of the film Kiki, for a workshop on the fundamentals and history of vogueing!
Saturday 4/14: QTPOC Dance Party, 10pm-2am @ Powerhouse
Join Pride Alliance for a QTPOC Dance Party following the vogue workshop, featuring DJ Sol Nova
Sunday 4/15: Body Positive Pool Party, 1-3pm @ Pratt Pool
Join the QRC as we close-off Pride Week with a body-positive and gender-affirming pool party at Pratt Pool! We will have pool toys, great music, and an overall great time!
