Mindfulness is so much more than just being in the present moment. Come learn more about this ancient healing practice and experience for yourself how mindfulness can create more joy and ease in your life. Details about the upcoming Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Eating programs will be shared. This course is offered for no cost.

"Before taking this class, I was a little skeptical as to how much MBSR would improve my life as I came from a very stress-laden home growing up and consequently as an adult live with chronic illness. To say the least, the course exceeded all expectations and I now feel less stressed, happier, freer and “more comfortable in my own skin” than I ever have. While I still have chronic illness, I have some new powerful tools to cope with it. The practices and behaviors we learned were calming and empowering and helped me discover a number of new things about myself that I didn't know before. This spontaneous path of self-discovery and understanding that started in the course continues to happen in my life as my thought patterns and powers of observations are now so much keener.
