Meditations for MIndful Living

Drop in classes based on the book the New Eight Steps of Happiness.

"The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness".

Learn clear methods to transform all life's difficulties into valuable spiritual insights:
- to improve our relationships
- to bring greater patience, empathy and compassion into our daily life
- to transform ourselves to become the best we can be and live our lives with greater meaning, peace and happiness

Course is held at the Feilding Library, 60 Stafford Street.

Classes consist of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily problems, improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace.

These drop in classes are suitable for everyone and you can start any week. There is no need to book.
