Yoga with weights is a hybrid of two powerful, time-tested exercise systems: yoga and bodybuilding. Working out with weights is one of the best ways to achieve overall physical fitness, and yoga is an amazing system to develop flexibilty - the ultimate balanced body. Let us take you on a journey of changing & challenging your body through adding weight training (1-5 lbs) incorporated with a balancing yoga sequence. Previous yoga experience or weightlifting experience is not required to benefit from this workshop. We are presenting this class as a workshop format first so we can take extra time to go over safety while using the hand weights and performing the weight lifting movements.
