In this workshop, we explore how use yoga to rejuvenate tired muscles, keep the joints healthy, and strengthen the core – thus preparing or maintaining the body for the rigors of an active lifestyle.
This 3-hour immersion includes a pranayama practice, an extended Hatha yoga routine, deep relaxation, and ends with a guided meditation.
