Treat yourself for an hour and a halt with yoga and coming together with likeminded spirits!
The yoga I teach is Kundalini Yoga and it is a dynamic and spiritual form of yoga. Breathe work, asanas (physical postures), mantra and meditation are all included in a Kundalini Yoga class. To take part in a Kundalini Yoga class you need not to be young, flexible or strong. However, having participated in a Kundalini Yoga class you might just feel a little bit younger, somewhat more flexible and slightly stronger😊✌️
Whether you have been doing yoga for a long time or will be coming to class for the first time, I will gently guide you throughout the class. Your job will be tune into yourself to give you a moment to listen to what your body needs and to the yearnings of your heart.
